We are a busy time, as soon as there is a different fat loss programs that are launched in the next 2-3 months overdue. Today I’m back with my first “Start Review” 2014 – 5 Day Fat Loss Accelerator Review. For those of you who do not know what a “launch-criticism ‘is – it’s where I check which has just appeared one program.

Kate, a NYC coach from Australia is the author behind the fat loss accelerator. She is an ACSM Health & Fitness Specialist, who was himself once overweight.
After that Kate a tremendous amount of motivation I had only admire, I noticed a bit of research, quite fast. As I mentioned before everything you do starts in the mind – and when you get to the spot that part all you need is a structured plan, action and consistency in order to achieve your goal.
Will it be difficult? Of course it is … but a little hard work never killed anyone, like me to say Nanna!

What is Fat Loss Accelerator?
Fat Loss Accelerators are workouts that are structured and designed so that it allows you, the intensity without increasing the volume -this means no more traditional cardio. Information may be included on your original training (immediately after the warm-up phase), or used to be as individual workouts themselves.

The training manual consists of only bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Each workout is with detailed pictures of each exercise.
Component 3: 8 Weeks Training Guide
One thing that takes a lot of time planning and developing sporting events for the children with whom I work. The same applies to all the workouts I have to develop not only for other people, but for myself as well.
If you are someone who finds himself in the short term then this PDF you need for after you become familiar with the exercises head.
Component 4: Exercise Guide
Good reference. Here is a small tip but.
If you want a device that can store PDF, once you get familiar with different training structures (you) need, download the PDF to your phone / device and if you are looking for ideas for training, you will have all the exercises have you ever will.
Here’s another exercise you spans given 14 days guide. These can be used as a great addition to your program I talked about 8 weeks.
The second bonus consists of 14 days worth of meal plans – which could be used as a great starter point for people who are struggling with the nutrition side of things.
5 Day Fat Loss Accelerator Review: Contraband
If the original product would have released my first con would have been the fact it had no video – but since we have videos in this edition can be found here then nothing more to be said.
I personally would not call this a con, but I’ve had people mention something about this in previous programs, and this is the reference to the Gym Boss clock at the beginning of the PDF. You do not need to spend money on a gym boss. Kate does mention the fact you can use your iPhone – but all that records the time will do exactly.
Once, what has annoyed me a little about the 31 Fat Loss Accelerators PDF was the fact there was no table of contents. It made it difficult to navigate, scroll up, scroll down … past the workout for you, then back to … .past training you tried looking until you find the right eventually find.
There is a way around this by formatting the text into a Word document, however. You only need to spend five minutes round changing it.
Fat Loss Accelerator Review: Pros
If the videos were in the last edition was a con then do not have that make them a professional in this issue ….? I’m not quite sure, but it is worth mentioning, as they make FLA much easier to use;

Allows you to each exercise from beginning until the end to see – something that photographs can not be you
The fact that each Fat Loss Accelerator can be performed in a short time, it makes perfect addition to your current workouts.
Finally, I do like the fact that FLA ‘flows’. By that I mean, all PDF files, including the bonus complement each other well.
Does it work?
This is really the million dollar question when it comes to fat loss.
Does Fat Loss Accelerator work
Fat loss accelerator continue on the current trend of short, high-intensity workouts and that is for good reason – because they work. However, in order to see the best results, I would recommend adding FLA training with the initial training.
You can still be on their own off days, but if you want to.
Fat Loss Accelerator Review: Conclusion
So over-all I think Fat Loss Accelerators is great program. Not only can the workouts in this program will be added to your existing workouts, but they can be used from days as a stand-alone workouts as well.
Fat Loss Accelerators are short, high intensity workouts that are designed to take your current workouts to the next level.
You can start with the videos, then take the 8-week program.
So as you begin your 8 weeks program to make sure that you use the 14 day meal plans.
Once your ready to move on the 14-day training program.
Now you are ready to start with all exercises you perform to your own workouts.
